1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mapplicant ("the Platform"), a product of ZDTech Group Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Platform. Your agreement is with ZDTech Group Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Mapplicant. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from or allow registration by users under 16 years of age.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use Mapplicant for personal and professional job search or recruitment purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials without authorization
• Use the materials for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Management and Deletion

You can access, manage, and delete your account data through the Mapplicant mobile application or by visiting https://mapplicant.com/account. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Mapplicant offers the following subscription plans:

• Pro Seeker (for job seekers): £4.99 per month. Features include premium avatars, ability to add phone number to profile, CV upload functionality, and special pin color on the map to stand out from free users.
• Business Pro (for employers): £19.99 per month. Features include ability to create manual job postings, receive applications, shortlist candidates, and contact candidates directly.

5.2 Payment Processing

All subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. We do not directly process or store your payment information.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5.4 Billing Grace Period

If a renewal payment fails, you will have a 3-day grace period to update your payment information. During this grace period, you will retain access to your subscription features. If payment is not received within 3 days, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to premium features.

5.5 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to subscription features until that time. Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not offer free trials for any subscription plans.

5.6 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.

6. Job Listings and Content

6.1 Job Data Sources

Mapplicant displays job listings from two sources: (1) third-party job boards and aggregators, and (2) jobs created directly by employers using Business Pro subscriptions. We act as a platform to display and organize these job opportunities on a map-based interface.

6.2 No Warranty of Accuracy

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of job listings. Job information is provided by third-party job boards or individual employers. Any inaccuracies, misleading information, or fraudulent postings are the responsibility of the original job board or the employer who posted the listing. We are not liable for any issues arising from job listing content.

6.3 Employer Responsibilities

Employers using Business Pro are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings, compliance with employment laws, and their interactions with candidates. Employers must not post discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading job listings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal activities
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam users with unsolicited messages
• Post discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ZDTech Group Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your CV, profile information, and job postings). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZDTECH GROUP LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading job listings
• Any interactions between users, including between employers and job seekers
• Any employment decisions made based on Platform content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZDTech Group Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
