End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Mapplicant ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the Mapplicant mobile application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Application on your personal mobile device
• Access and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes

3. License Restrictions

You shall not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all rights, including intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the property of Mapplicant. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of Mapplicant.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Application ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Application.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Application. Such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. You agree that we may automatically update the Application and this EULA will apply to all updates.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAPPLICANT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mapplicant from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Application or violation of this EULA.

12. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mapplicant operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.
